A Client Coordinator has to be highly-motivated, results-driven, critical thinking, and an organized individual. You must also possess a desire to learn more about the services our clients provide, and services we offer. Sales experience is also a huge plus.
Great skills to bring to the job would be the ability to use Excel, Word, Google Drive, and other Google products. Being able to quickly and comfortably navigate on a computer between multiple tabs and programs is a huge plus as well. You will be in client meetings, and your role is to make sure meetings are prepped and ready, and action items both after the meeting and based on conversations with the CEO and client are completed.

To achieve this, you will work closely with the Operations, Video, Radio, Digital, and Creative teams to create and manage projects and campaigns. You won’t actually DO any of the hands-on work. Instead, you have to quarterback the work getting done, pass the ball to the best possible person to achieve success.
MUST be comfortable with AI platforms. This position is in-office in Tampa, FL. We are NOT offering remote.
- Analyze marketing data and create reports to inform strategy and measure campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Assist in the creation of visual content using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
