On a day-to-day basis, the Executive Administrative Assistant will manage email and calendar tasks, ensuring efficient communication and scheduling. They will coordinate and facilitate meetings, making sure all participants are informed and prepared. The assistant will handle task/project management duties, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Effective communication with the team, clients and managing client relationships are essential, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Finally, by providing general operational support, the assistant will enable Jonathon to concentrate on his area of genius and keep him out of the day- to-day.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
