Accounts Receivable SpecialistPG Long

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist with advanced Excel skills to join our accounting team. This role will support daily accounting operations & cash posting, assist with financial reporting, and help maintain accurate records. If you are highly proficient in Excel, comfortable with data analysis, and have a passion for numbers, we’d love to meet you!

• Process and verify client payments through various methods including ACH, checks, credit cards, and cash
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and produce timely reports, including AR aging and cash flow projections
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and payments
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial transactions and maintain a high level of service
• Evaluate customer credit risk by analyzing credit history and references
• Track key accounts, take corrective actions, and report findings to management
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely, professional manager
• Play a key role in bank reconciliation and assist in financial reporting preparation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
