We are seeking an Agricultural Sales Representative to join AGPRO and play a pivotal role in developing our team. The right candidate will have the potential to develop into a leadership role, and grow our team to best help farmers revolutionize their operations. If you have a passion for agriculture, a knack for building strong client relationships, and a proven ability to drive sales, this is the role for you. You will represent AGPRO’s cutting-edge equipment, focusing on conservation drills and other agricultural solutions that help growers optimize their productivity. The position pays a salary base with commission.
Develop and strengthen relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses in the region
Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on AGPRO’s product offerings, including our industry-leading conservation drills
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve agricultural practices and efficiencies
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and continually improve the sales experience
Stay informed about agricultural trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
