Job Summary

We are seeking an Agricultural Sales Representative to join AGPRO and play a pivotal role in developing our team. The right candidate will have the potential to develop into a leadership role, and grow our team to best help farmers revolutionize their operations. If you have a passion for agriculture, a knack for building strong client relationships, and a proven ability to drive sales, this is the role for you. You will represent AGPRO’s cutting-edge equipment, focusing on conservation drills and other agricultural solutions that help growers optimize their productivity. The position pays a salary base with commission.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses in the region

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on AGPRO’s product offerings, including our industry-leading conservation drills

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve agricultural practices and efficiencies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and continually improve the sales experience

  • Stay informed about agricultural trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Requirements
  • Ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships1 - 7 years
