Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-15 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, who is a strong problem solver and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and systems
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment performance and prevent future issues
  • Perform a variety of household and facility repairs
  • Interact positively with guests while performing duties
  • Work well with all staff in a positive way
Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately diagnose problems
  • Well rounded experience in general household repairs
  • Light construction knowledge
  • Physically able to perform duties over terrain including hills and steps
  • Current driver's license

Benefits

Housing is provided for a $3 per day maintenance fee. Your RV is welcome for a $1 per day fee. Daily staff lunch is provided at no charge.
