Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 3-15 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, who is a strong problem solver and has excellent interpersonal communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and systems
Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment performance and prevent future issues
Perform a variety of household and facility repairs
Interact positively with guests while performing duties
Work well with all staff in a positive way

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately diagnose problems
Well rounded experience in general household repairs
Light construction knowledge
Physically able to perform duties over terrain including hills and steps
Current driver's license

Benefits

Housing is provided for a $3 per day maintenance fee. Your RV is welcome for a $1 per day fee. Daily staff lunch is provided at no charge.
