Warehouse Operations ManagerAMMOSQUARED INC
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience managing warehouses to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations for our Texas location. This includes inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse staff hiring and management, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipping of product
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with OSHA standards, ammunition-specific regulations, and company policies
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counting, and maintain detailed electronic records
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of ammunition in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on warehouse performance, providing actionable insights to senior management
- Inventory software experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience in warehouse operations management•5+ years
- Some travel required
- Warehouse management systems experience
- Forklift operation experience
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
- Experience in managing multiple warehouses
- Knowledge of ammunition handling and storage
