Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Upholstery Specialist. The ideal candidate will excel in upholstery craftsmanship, industrial sewing, and pattern cutting. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills to collaborate with customers and team members. You'll be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality custom interiors for automotive projects.
Responsibilities
- Cut patterns, sew using industrial-grade machines, and manipulate various materials like leather, vinyl, and fabric to create custom automotive interiors
- Rebuild, repair, and install auto interiors and convertible tops, including seats, headliners, and cushions
- Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored designs that meet luxury standards and exact specifications
Qualifications
- Proficiency in hand and power tools specific to automotive upholstery work
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift materials as needed in a hands-on environment
- Passion for delivering high-quality, luxury automotive interiors
