Geoscientist / PetrophysicistAnonymous Balloon
We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience as a Geoscientist / Petrophysicist. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in petrophysics, as well as a strong background in geologic mapping for simulation and constructing geologic models. This role requires a service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. The successful candidate will be taking over petrophysics responsibilities from a current team member.
- Perform petrophysical analysis and interpretation for various projects
- Create and maintain geological maps for simulation and geo-cellular model building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide petrophysical insights and support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset
- Multi-functional and capable of adapting to many different tasks
- High level of integrity and unwillingness to rubber-stamp anything
- Flexible and willing to take ownership of work
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Mapping experience for Simulation / Geologic model building
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of industry experience with at least 5 years of Petrophysics
- Master's degree
- Petra/Petrel Experience
- Data Analytics or Python experience
- Registered Professional Geologist
