Job Summary
We're looking for someone with construction leadership experience to join our team as a Construction Foreman. The Foreman will be responsible for managing daily operations, directing staff, and ensuring efficient logistics on construction sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, physical capabilities, and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
This role has high potential for professional advancement for candidates with a solid work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the Plan of Day (POD) to the leadership team, ensuring timely daily updates
- Supervise and manage staff, including task delegation, recognition, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee logistics, including material management, warehouse organization, and vehicle maintenance
- Perform skilled labor in the field as needed based on workload demands and task priorities
