Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 1-4 years of experience as a Workers Compensation Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic law firm specializing in Social Security Disability and Workers Compensation cases. The ideal candidate will primarily work remotely, with occasional travel to the office in Northeastern Pennsylvania. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and contributing to the firm's success in handling disability and compensation cases.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist clients with Social Security Disability hearings remotely
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout their cases
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Strong writing and legal research skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the office in Northeastern Pennsylvania
Requirements
- Passed the Pennsylvania or neighboring state's bar•1 - 4 years
