We're seeking an Associate Publisher to join our team. In this role, you'll assist the Publisher in curating and aggregating weekly content for our Substack subscribers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US Conservative/Christian/Freedom/Liberty ecosystem and its key players. This is initially a part-time, remote position with potential for growth as we plan to launch two more publications in 2025, which would increase your role and responsibilities commensurately. Compensation based upon experience. Trigger Warning: We're honest, edgy, gritty and hard-hitting in our content and our detesting of the Left - snowflakes need not apply.
- In collaboration with the publisher, curate and aggregate relevant content for weekly subscriber newsletters
- Stay up-to-date with current events and trends in the US Conservative/Christian/Freedom/Liberty sphere
- Collaborate with the Publisher to publish an increasingly better product through 2025.
- Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of Conservative, Christian, and Liberty-oriented topics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong grammar, writing, and editing skills
- Current or prior experience in digital media and/or as a journalist, editor, or reporter•5 - 10 years
Conservative Commerce just launched and is the first publication of Newport Partners entree into the Conservative/Christian/Liberty media space. In addition to growing this publication significantly, we also seek to produce several more synergistic publications and platforms over the next 36 months.
