About Us:  Our “Be Bold for Jesus” Conference is the largest Christian Conference in the Pacific Northwest, and we will soon be presenting at a national level. We are looking for a Sales Account Specialist to grow with us!

Job Summary: As a Sales Account Specialist, you will be our driver of sponsorship sales growth and building strong partnerships.

• List development: Be creative in developing a list of potential donors and sponsors.
• Build Relationships: Create and nurture valuable relationships that drive business and open new opportunities.
• People Person: Incredible customer service – addressing concerns, and feedback in a timely, professional manner, ensuring high level donor satisfaction.
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully Negotiate contracts with potential donors in a transparent, respectful and mutually beneficial manner.
• Market Analysis: Continually educate yourself on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
• Reporting: Own the CRM – keeping it up to date and stay laser-focused on closing every deal.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales and account management.
• Skills:
• Self-Motivated and Strong Time Management
• Excellent organizational and Communication skills
• Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Grant writing experience is a plus
