The Chesterton Schools Network (CSN) School Success Manager supports the operational and educational success of their assigned portfolio
of member schools. The CSN is an educational initiative of the Society of G.K. Chesterton.
Apostolic Identity
- Ensure all member school support reflects an authentic Catholic identity and our charism for evangelization through education.
- Demonstrate faithfulness to the Church's Magisterium in alignment with our canonical status as a private association of the Christian faithful.
- Personally practice and inspire others to imitate Christ in the spirit of G.K. Chesterton’s joy and spirituality.
Operational Support
- Work with school leadership to implement standardized operational procedures aligned with excellence standards, continuous improvement, and accreditation.
- Provide ongoing support for daily operational challenges faced by schools.
- Maintain updated call tracking and master records to assist schools effectively.
Educational Excellence
- Collaborate with school headmasters and faculty to enhance educational quality.
- Support educational initiatives and program implementations.
Professional Development
- Identify professional development needs within schools.
- Facilitate and coordinate training for school headmasters and staff.
Communication and Collaboration
- Establish and maintain effective communication between the central office and individual schools.
- Work with school leaders to address concerns and implement solutions.
Data Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and report school-level data related to academic performance, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Help prepare reports for leadership.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure schools comply with accreditation standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance for maintaining high-quality services.
Issue Resolution
- Respond promptly and effectively to issues raised by schools.
- Collaborate with the team to address and resolve challenges.
Learning and Education
- Gain in-depth knowledge to support schools through all phases of the school lifecycle, including:
- Chesterton Cadence process (from discernment to launch)
- Cultura Vitae Roadmap to Excellence and supporting resources
- Chesterton Schools Network integrated curriculum
- Technology solutions (CRM, LMS, continuous improvement)
Travel & Conferences
- Assist in planning the CSN Summit, our high-impact annual conference.
- Travel to the Summit and help in hosting and production.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in school administration or a related educational role
- Knowledge of Catholic and classical education principles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Collaborative and able to work with diverse teams
