Mergers and Acquisitions ManagerReece Fund

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of firm/fund experience to join our team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising & dealmaking.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to network effectively, and a track record of successfully raising money and closing deals.

Based in Phoenix, this position offers relocation assistance and a generous base salary depending on experience.

• Lead and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions from start to finish
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential deals
• Report and update CFO on progress of mergers/acquisitions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
