Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3 years of experience or more as a Floral Designer. In this role, you'll create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, working closely with customers to bring their visions to life. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on flower selection and design
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper care and handling of flowers and supplies
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creativity and artistic ability in floral design
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
