Civil Engineer, PEEthos Civil

We're looking for someone with 5 or more years of experience as a Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Civil Site Design and proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D. This role requires a Professional Engineer License and project management experience is a bonus. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and overseeing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. 

• Develop and review civil engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for various infrastructure projects 
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and success 
• Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D and Bluebeam to create detailed design drawings and perform quality control checks
• Potential to lead project design team from design phase to completion 

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas to clients
