Mars Hill Academy is looking for someone with experience in classical Christian education to serve as an Upper School Principal for our school. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Logic and Rhetoric Schools (grades 7-12), developing curriculum, and managing staff, while maintaining a focus on academic excellence and student growth.

• Communicate the school's mission and vision to upper school staff, students, and parents
• Oversee secondary school operations, communications, and staff coordination
• Assist Headmaster and Business Manager with budget preparation 
• Lead instructional programs, staff training, and set school year goals
• Conduct teacher observations, evaluations, and staff development initiatives
• Support students academically and in character development
• Implement and oversee discipline policy and ensure clear communication with parents
• Ensure a clean, orderly, and beautiful school environment and facility
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to faculty, staff, and students

• Joyful demeanor and passion for classical Christian education
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with students, parents, and staff
