Restoration TechnicianRainbow Restoration

We're looking for someone to join our team as a Restoration Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering timely and effective restoration services to retain customers. You'll follow company policies and industry standards while delivering restoration services and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, effective, and safe project completion.

• Follow Rainbow's policies, procedures, and IICRC standards, following compliance and safety regulations
• Work alongside technicians and vendors, and provide high quality cleaning and restoration services
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours service calls during nights and weekends, performing maintenance as needed
• Follow instructions to inspect jobsites, document work scope, fill out customer paperwork, and take moisture/humidity readings
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are tracked successfully

• Strong oral communication skills, ability to handle customer interactions.
• Ability to plan, organize, and focus on job priorities
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality work
• Physical stamina to perform restoration tasks and operate equipment
