The Marketing Director will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation, enhancing equipment sales, and optimizing marketing processes. We are seeking a strategic visionary with a proven history of utilizing diverse marketing channels and technologies to deliver outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and leadership acumen to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

We have one role open and it could be based in either Denver, Colorado or Las Vegas, Nevada.

• Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion across B2B domains
• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns
• Collaborate closely with sales and executive teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives and develop initiatives to support their endeavors
• Devise targeted lead generation campaigns to attract potential customers and enhance conversion rates in collaboration with the sales team
• Develop marketing materials and tools to support equipment sales efforts, emphasizing product features and competitive advantages
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation, driving strategic marketing initiatives in the market
• Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the efficacy of marketing endeavors and identify areas for enhancement
• Allocate and manage the marketing budget

• Ability to travel up to one week per month
• Possess a valid Passport
