We're looking for someone with 3+ years of Human Resources experience to manage the daily functions of our Human Resources department. This role involves overseeing HR processes, administering pay and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have held progressively responsible roles in HR and excellent organizational skills.

• Track compliance with training, continuing education, and certifications (e.g., safety, anti-harassment)
• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records
• Manage recruitment, background checks, new hire orientations, and employee recognition programs
• Administer HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, and employee relations
• Address HR inquiries and participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and stay updated on HR trends and best practices

• Knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
• Ability to effectively manage multiple HR projects, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and delegate appropriately
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to make decisions and when to ask for help
• Capable of evaluating the effectiveness of HR processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
