We are hiring for a manager, scanner and leader in the Raleigh, Eastern North Carolina market for our ground penetrating radar, utility locating, and concrete scanning business. As a company we pride ourselves on doing it right; not being the fastest. We pride ourselves on our relations with each other and our desire to grow personally and professionally. We want to be the first company people think about when they need GPR, utility location, or concrete scanning services and that comes from being responsive, great customer service and excellent work.  

• Manage a region, help grow the customer base, maintain customer relationships and run day-to-day operations. Operate with a resilient growth mindset
• Become fluent with Ground Penetrating / Utility Location / Concrete Scanning Equipment
• Growing Customer base through networking, quality of workmanship and sales
• Be available to new clients, via email or phone
• Operate with safety as the priority on jobsites
• Oversee all invoices in your division
• Communicate effectively with leadership, the team, clients, and potential clients
• Ensure reporting accuracy
• Communicate issues or discrepancies with leadership to learn and rectify prior to client issues or loss 

Prior experience in utility locating and scanning preferred but not mandatory -Management and sales experience preferred but not mandatory -Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members -Ability to handle stressful situations continuing to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction -Ability to drive team performance to achieve business goals and objectives -Organized multi-tasker and self-starter with the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment -Proficiency or open to learning and working with technology
