AmmoSquared is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute key marketing initiatives to help us revolutionize the ammunition industry. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and launching marketing initiatives in the shooting sports industry. This position requires a versatile marketer who can handle a wide range of tasks, from developing brand awareness strategies to managing influencer partnerships.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand awareness strategies and campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and firearms instructors
- Oversee content creation, including calendar management, press releases, and digital media planning
- Manage website optimization, conversion tracking, and budget control for marketing
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and social media evaluations
- Measure campaign performance based on KPIs, ROI, and growth trends
- Self-starter who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
- Organization skills and the ability to communicate clearly
- Extreme ownership and ability to work with a team
- Knowledge of firearms, shooting sports, or a related industry
- Marketing experience•5 - 7 years
- Proven marketing success in the shooting sports industry
- Track record of achieving KPIs
- Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
- Knowledge of social media management platforms
