Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in home settings, ensuring patient comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills and a compassionate nature.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Provide compassionate care and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
