As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests. You will lead and motivate our team, manage scheduling, handle inventory, and work to meet financial goals. With 38 beers on tap and a selection of wines, being an excellent beertender and understanding our beverage offerings is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing a great experience for our customers.
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure a family-friendly environment, particularly in our play area
- Demonstrate expertise as a beertender, with knowledge of our 38 beers on tap and wine offerings
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or similar setting
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge and experience in beer and wine service
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work the required hours, including evenings and weekends
