We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in marketing to lead our marketing efforts for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on sales funnel building and lead generation using HubSpot. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Liberty Spenders, ReachRight Network, and The Prosper Group
- Build and manage sales funnels using HubSpot to generate leads and drive conversions
- Craft and manage content for email marketing, websites, podcasts, and social media
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support the team at in-person events and trade shows
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital and podcast marketing
- Independent and self-motivated problem-solver
- Ability to plan and implement effective strategies
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

- Proven experience in sales funnel building and lead generation with HubSpot
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and tools
- Ability to lead and coach entry/associate level employees
- Podcast marketing or social media experience
- Ability to fully manage/supervise employees under their care
