We're looking for someone with 3-7 years of accounting experience to lead our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, with experience in manufacturing and/or construction accounting and financial leadership. This role involves managing the company's financial activities and providing strategic guidance to the executive team.

• Manage and oversee the financial operations for the Company and affiliated portfolio companies and other funds or entities as directed.
• Maintain a robust accrual accounting system to ensure accurate financial reporting. 
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including processing payments and reconciling invoices.
• Develop and maintain budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Generate financial statements and reports for management, investors, and external stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and recommend cost-saving measures and investment opportunities.
• Manage tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate annual audits and tax filings.
• Provide financial guidance and support for strategic planning and investment decisions.
