Major Gifts OfficerFamily Stations

Loam Media/Family Radio is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Major Gifts Officer, who has a proven track record in non-profit fundraising, obtaining major gifts, and a sincere commitment to serving Jesus Christ by reaching more people with God’s Word. As our Major Gifts Officer you will design, develop, and implement our major gift program across all media platforms. You'll be instrumental in driving our fundraising efforts and making a significant impact with our mission and ministry.

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans to secure major gifts
• Build and maintain relationships with key donors while identifying new prospects
• Collaborate with the team to create multiple donor development strategies and campaigns
• Guide, support, and align our donor’s philanthropic objectives with our internal goals throughout all Loam Media subsidiaries
• Proven success in obtaining and increasing major gifts on a year-over-year basis
• Create a proactive Planned Giving Program solidifying long-term, legacy relationships
• Lead and mentor development team members, including portfolio support, strategic counsel, and donor communications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity and ability to build relationships founded on trust
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid understanding of both the business and ministry aspects of fundraising
• Proven track record of fundraising success along with a strong background in major donor development
• Possess an outgoing nature, a motivating and positive influence
