We are searching for a Tax & Accounting Manager to take Lumen CPA to the next level in serving our growing family of clients. • Prepare and review business, individual, and trust tax returns
• Tax research, planning, and projections
• Supervise and review the work of staff accountants and coordinate services and projects with firm owner and clients
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and perform compilation and review engagements
• Oversee client accounting services (a rapidly growing area of our practice)
• Consult with clients, identify needs, propose solutions, develop and implement service plans
• Develop and improve internal processes for serving clients and ensuring timely completion of projects

• CPA with 7+ years of experience in public accounting with focus on delivering tax and accounting services
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent project management abilities
• Proven experience in staff and client management
• Enjoy creating new solutions, improving processes, and driving projects to completion
• Excellent communicator who works well with clients, colleagues, and other professionals
• Embrace continuous learning, new technologies, and new challenges
