We're looking for a team leader with at least 5+ years of management experience to oversee our 650-acre sod farm. The ideal candidate will manage equipment, processes, and employees, ensuring efficient sod production. This role involves both office work and hands-on management, with a focus on extreme ownership and a love of learning.

• Oversee all aspects of farm operations, including equipment maintenance, sod production, harvesting, delivery, and installation
• Manage a team of 30 employees, including truck drivers and installation crew
• Ensure the efficient operation of all trucks and equipment
• Willingness to jump in on hands-on work when necessary
• Take ownership of farm operations while delegating tasks effectively

• Demonstrated experience in management, preferably in a farm or related industry
• Strong leadership skills and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing circumstances
• Honesty, dependability, and self-motivation
• Able to handle high-stress situations
