Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)The Center: A Place of HOPE

We're looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) or an Associate-Level Counselor (LMHCA, LMFTA, LIASCW), ideally with 1-3 years of experience in individual and group counseling. Qualified candidates are comfortable working with co-occurring disorders, can work on a team, and have excellent communication and technology skills. A whole-person approach to healing and the ability to work well under pressure are highly valued.

We are looking for someone who could work Monday – Friday (8AM–5PM), or Tuesday – Saturday (8AM–5PM.) A schedule of four 10-hour days would be an option as well, after the onboarding period is complete.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual counseling services
• Connect with clients on an individual level to provide whole-person healing
• Provide clinical services as scheduled and maintain accurate records

• Comfortable working with co-occurring disorders
• Able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, including proficiency with technology

We are a faith-based private agency that provides Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Day Treatment Programs for Mental Health and Substance Use including treatment for depression, eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and addictions.
