Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Floral Designer Salesperson. In this role, you'll use your floral design skills to create beautiful arrangements, while also utilizing your sales techniques to drive revenue growth. Your strong communication skills and customer service proficiency will be key to building lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements based on customer preferences and current trends
- Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer needs and inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
