Job Summary

We're looking for a Litigation Associate/Attorney who is licensed to practice in Arizona. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our litigation attorneys and paralegals to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. You should be comfortable handling emergency legal situations and tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is eager to settle in with our law group for the long-term.

  • Take cases and work on it from start to finish
  • Draft, review, and respond to motions/pleadings
  • Appear at initial and contested hearings
  • Conduct discovery/disclosure/depositions as necessary
  • Keep clients updated on their case
  • Ability to calm a client’s fears and concerns
  • Excellent attention to detail and superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Takes initiative, but also willing to ask for help
  • Familiar with basic wills/trusts and can explain them to clients
  • Licensed to practice in Arizona
  • Emergency legal situations experience
  • Experience with tight deadlines
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Excellent - Strong
Nice to Have
  • Title 14 Litigation experience
  • Estate planning trial experience
  • Adult exploitation case experience
  • ARS 14-3709 trial experience
  • Comfortable with probate litigation
  • Tech savvy

What We Offer
  • Annual bonus based on Firm performance
  • $10,000 Signing Bonus to be paid at end of 30 days ($2,500), 60 days ($2,500), and 90 days ($5,000)
