We're looking for a dedicated Retirement Plan Specialist with a strong work ethic and a customer-oriented approach to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role involves working with warm leads and appointments. A solid sales associate can expect a yearly income of $125,000, but with uncapped commission potential.

• Work with our list of warm leads to close sales successfully
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through effective sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships
• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity

• Eager to serve customers and help them get what they need
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to travel as needed
