We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience as a Pool Maintenance Specialist. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our pools, ensuring optimal water chemistry, and performing minor equipment repairs. A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail is crucial. We provide all our technicians with a company truck, phone and gas card.

• Regularly clean and maintain pool areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
• Monitor and adjust water chemistry to maintain healthy swimming conditions
• Perform minor repairs on pool equipment as needed
• Record services, chemicals, photos and notes in an app at every stop

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills to address equipment issues
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
