Job Summary

We're looking for an IT Support/Help Desk Technician with 2-5 years of experience in managing wireless networks, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting IT incidents. We value multitasking and empathetic communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and cost-effectiveness. **if System Admin - apply**

  • Provide first-level support for IT incidents and service requests
