We're looking for a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of HR experience to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization's culture, overseeing the full lifecycle of the employment process, and ensuring compliance with industry trends and employment legislation. 

Your strong communication skills and ability to make administrative decisions on sensitive, confidential issues will be key to your success and may lead to a possible leadership team seat.

• Make recommendations to the leadership team on how to innovate and increase efficiency
• Create strategic plan and develop a Human Resources roadmap to ensure our company's future success
