We're looking for a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of HR experience to join our team to Manage all aspects of Human Resources. 

This position is not just about leading hiring and retention initiatives, but also involves crafting strategies that will bring success to our company. A strong understanding of process improvement and a solid grasp of HR regulations are essential for this role.

• Make recommendations to the leadership team on how to innovate and increase efficiency
• Create strategic plan and develop a Human Resources roadmap to ensure our company's future success
