Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as a Member Engagement Advisor, Customer Service Representative or Account Manager. In this role, you'll be managing 50-100 philanthropic family portfolios, delivering exemplary customer service, and driving member engagement campaigns. You'll play a vital part in our mission by connecting members with opportunities aligned with their passions and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Manage the entire member lifecycle, including renewals, event registrations, and donation tracking
  • Drive member retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong ethical and confidentiality standards when working with high-net-worth individuals
