Norm's Glass is a well-established commercial & residential glazing contractor, and we are looking to hire a skilled glazier. The role involves cutting, fitting, installing, and removing glass or substitutes, contributing to diverse projects from residential homes to commercial structures.

• Remove old or broken glass, and install new glass into windows, doors, displays, storefronts, and skylights.
• Install sashes and moldings, securing them with a variety of fasteners.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine glass specifications.
• Measure and mark glass, and cut it to specified size and shape with proficiency.
• Apply weather sealants for joint sealing.
• Fabricate or install metal frames for glass fixtures.

Required

• Minimum 3 years of commercial and residential glazing experience
• Proficiency with glazing tools and equipment
• In-depth knowledge of glass types and properties
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, productive, and committed to ongoing learning
• Values-aligned
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 80 pounds
• Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV record
