· Previous experience in design, engineering, or manufacturing is preferred

· Problem-solving and analytical skills

· Experience in CAD software and other manufacturing software (preferably Autodesk Fusion 360)

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes

· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and testing

· Successful completion of background check

This position is on-site at our Moscow, ID location.

· Assist in the design and development of new products or improvements to existing ones using the Tenicor design process

· Conduct testing and validation to ensure product performance and safety

· Maintain and adhere to design and process documentation and specifications

· Maintain manufacturing processes and systems

· Assist in the analysis and optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful production runs

· Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving design and process-related issues

· Provide technical support to other departments as needed
