Accounting CoordinatorAdvanced Fixtures

We're looking for someone with 2-4 years of accounting experience to join our team as an Accounting Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing schedules, and ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.

• Reconcile sales tax accounts and general ledger accounts, and file returns on a regular basis
• Process incoming vendor invoices and maintain accurate records of all credit card transactions
• Assist in the timely and accurate month-end close process
• Help route incoming calls and keep office supplies in stock

• Ability to understand verbal and written process instructions
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good communication abilities and able to collaborate with all levels of staff
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Thorough understanding of all accounting processes required
