We're looking for an insurance sales representative, this position will be salary with bonuses and unlimited commission. Experience is not a requirement, but having your insurance licenses would be a plus. We are a State Farm office in Roselle, IL that prides ourselves in being involved with the community, we are looking for an out going person that understands the value of actually speaking with people to get to know them and their needs. This is a sales job, we currently receive most of our business on a referral basis and receive several each day to keep the sales funnel full. As an Insurance Sales rep. you'll be responsible for helping our clients secure the right insurance coverage for their needs. You'll need to be a strong communicator and a skilled negotiator, with the drive to push past rejection. We have fun in this office and work as a team, we have all the tools you will need to succeed just bring the right attitude!

• Identify and approach potential clients to discuss their insurance needs
• Make phone calls to prospect potential clients
• Send emails and text messages to clients or potential clients
• Answer phones and address the needs of clients
• Provide clients with information on different insurance policies and assist in the selection process
• Help at events and community outreach opportunities
• Create a sales plan and prospect funnel
• Track sales
• Provide top of the line customer service
