We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our clients in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling communications, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role requires excellent time management skills, a high degree of confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in email, calendar, and task management is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in office software are also required. Tasks may include Email Management, Task Management, Calendar Management, CRM Management, LI prospecting, Lead nurturing, SOP management, Research & Development, LinkedIn Management, Email Marketing, Event Coordination & Support, Reporting Pre and Post work for meetings and events.Communication and coordination with other employees and clients.
● 1-3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
● Adaptable and able to shift as priorities change; equally comfortable navigating in undefined spaces with the ability to create clarity and meaningful results.
● An inquisitive and innovative mind who's always looking to experiment, optimize processes, and increase efficiency.
● A strong desire to "live in the details" all day every day.
● Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
