The Tom Wood Group in Indianapolis, IN is looking for Experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. The position involves performing vehicle inspections and maintenance while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in line with dealership and factory standards. 

• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance as per the repair order, adhering to dealership and factory standards. 
• Communicate effectively with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and enhance customer communication. 
• Diagnose malfunctions, perform authorized repairs, and accurately document all work on the repair order. 
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in relevant factory-sponsored training classes. 
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to foster loyalty. 

• Willingness to utilize picture / video software on each inspection
• Basic computer and math skills 
• Hard-working, humble, and coachable team player 
• Detail-oriented and organized
