We're looking for someone with 2-10 years of experience as a Technical Director, who is proficient in Audio Mixing, Video Switching, and Live Broadcast. As the Technical Director at Conservative-Daily, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the technical aspects of our media productions. Your responsibilities will encompass the setup and execution of video switching, audio mixing, and using advanced broadcast technologies such as Vizrt/TriCaster and VMIX. - Manage Technical aspects of our productions, including video switching, audio mixing, and integrating technologies like Vizrt/TriCaster.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure efficient workflows.
- Work in tandem with creative and production teams to realize the technical aspects of our creative visions.
- Drive enhancements in production efficiency and quality by streamlining technical workflows.
- Doing Upkeep, troubleshooting, and advancement of our broadcast equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Facilitate training and development within the team, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Live within the Denver Metro area with the ability to commute to the DTC area daily, and on occasion to client sites and studios as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Engineering, Electrical Engineering, OR Equivalent Experience
- 2-10 years of experience in broadcast engineering or similar technical roles
- Proficiency in Audio Mixing, Video Switching, and managing Live Broadcast environments.
- Experience with broadcast technologies such as Vizrt/TriCaster is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical team members.
- Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
