Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as an Alarm/CCTV Field Service Technician. This role involves providing security services and installations to various institutions, with a focus on troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and low voltage electrical work. An Idaho Limited Energy/Low Voltage electrical license is required for this full-time position based in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and plan service calls, including contacting customers with estimated time of travel and accurately reporting service data
- Perform alarm and CCTV system installations and service, including preventative maintenance inspections and basic installation functions
- Develop a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures, while maintaining effective communication with the office
