The range for this role is $87,000 - $115,000 Actual base pay will be determined based on a successful candidate's skills/abilities, experience, and education. This role includes opportunity to receive an annual bonus target of 10% of annual eligible earnings. Actual bonus amounts are determined by length of time in role, individual performance, and organizational performance. Interested applicants must be willing and able to work full time onsite in our Melbourne, FL office, with the possibility to work at home twice a week after 90 days of employment.&nbsp; The Senior Systems Administrator provides day-to-day, hands-on support to the organization’s Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. This position will often coordinate activities with the Tier I level Service Desk support team. This position interfaces directly with internal customers and various departments, troubleshooting user issues to resolution. Other areas of support include LAN support, break/fix, application software installations, patch management, end-user support, and training.
