<p>The Project Analyst will play a vital role in the operations of the Design department. This role will work with many different AiG departments to ensure that product design and website design projects are completed on time. This position will require extensive coordinating, scheduling, and prioritizing multiple complex projects simultaneously.</p><p>Experience with managing both large and small projects is important. Candidates should be familiar with developing workflows that encompass writers, editors, designers, branding, programming, web, and marketing. The ideal candidate will also have professional experience with quality assurance during a project cycle. Strong written and verbal communication skills, decision-making ability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks for team members are equally important.</p><p>The Project Analyst will also handle a wide range of administrative tasks and work independently with little or no supervision. They will need to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining an accurate workflow within our project management software. They will also perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting Design Team leadership with needed tasks.
