Life Choices Care Center is a non-profit looking for a dynamic Executive Director to advance its mission of providing care to women seeking help and support. This position requires strong leadership, effective management, fundraising expertise, and an unwavering commitment to the pro-life cause.

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction.
• Manage a team and oversee volunteers.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including grant writing.
• Cultivate and maintain donor relationships, diversifying funding sources.
• Plan and host the annual fundraising gala.
• Develop and implement programs meeting the needs of moms and families.
• Update and collaborate with the board of directors.

Required

• Proven track record of successful fundraising and donor relationship management

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role and in financial management

• Deep commitment to pro-life values and a faithful Christ follower

• Warm, sociable, and approachable

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment1

• Annual salary of $60k-68K
