Branch Operations Manager

The Mold Pros is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to join our team!

You will lead a team that is responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Compensation is DOE and includes base pay + a substantial additional income based on profitability that you and your team will drive. Targeted annual compensation is $90,000 per year+ including incentive compensation.

Responsibilities include:

• Performance Management, Employee management
• Team scheduling
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Prepare scopes of work and inspection reports
• Coordinate and schedule projects
• Perform payroll and accounting functions
• Reporting and CRM use.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Team leadership experience preferred
• Payroll Processing experience
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
